Define "Crappin Out"

If you're not loosing speed, then you're not loosing power *unless you're coasting downhill*, and you have no problem ...

Need a lot more info to start helping you.

much2fear,

There are many things that can cause this.
First off, are the K&N filter and the White Brothers exhaust new? Did the problem happen after you added them?
Did you change jets? You will most likely need to go from the stock 145 main to a 150 or 152.5 depending on altitude. Check your plug color to estimate if your rich , lean or ok.

Do you hear valve ticking? If so adjust them. I would also check that the K&N is clean, a clogged filter will cause the motor to go rich.

Are you sure your not hitting the rev limiter? Does it wind out in gear and then start to sputter until you shift again?

If that's the case, you are reaching the rev limiter.

Check the wire that’s on the reverse lever for a good connection. If it looses its connection it will start to miss a higher RPM's.
I would remove the wire and relocate it. Try to get it attached to the motor. I ran my wire to the ground from the battery where it attached to the motor. Hope this helps.

sounds like its running to rich, check you filter to see if its clogged, try different jets, its all about trial and error.
