I think that nerf bars on any atv looks good, and i am thinking about putting them on my 00 wolverine, but i don't want it to limit the types of riding that i can do. I was wondering, has anyone here done this?? If so do they get hung on stuff a lot?

 

I havent had them on my wolverine but I would imagine they get hung up when your boggin through muholes and over and thrugh tight rough trails. My buddy had them on his warrior when he bought it and he sold em cause they got in the way.

 

Recommend them, Im about to buy mine. it also depends what kind of riding you do. Im getting mine ,because I jump my Wolverine and cause my foot didn't land right on the peg and almost sliped into the wheel. I jump pretty high and need some nerfbars to not lose a feet. My wolverine is the quad im doing freestyle on.

 

What did you finally wind up getting? I'm looking for nerfs for my 04 wolvy.

Also, I'm also thinking about a winch. Any ideas?

 

I got brute running boars. Kinda the same just there all metal insted of looped wit the wire n stuff [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

dude you are going to mess up your wolvy bad by jumping it...i jumped mine and broke the engine mounts, rear suspension, front left shock, and back axle...i sugest that you dont jump it to big or to much...you should get a sport fourwheeler if you are going to be doing freestyle cause that is what i am going to do now. I plan on getting a Z400. I just thought i should tell you before you mess up your wolvy up bad.
