Default Can't decide!!!

Ok here's the deal. A few months ago I was sure I was going to buy a trx450r. I even had a deposit down and everything. Now, after reading a few reviews and talking with different people about what they thought I took my deposit back and am considering a YFZ. I sat on both today at the dealer and the trx felt a little more comfortable, but I think if the Yammie had a softer seat it would be real close. Is it possible to get a softer aftermarket seat for the YFZ? I never ride mx, just dunes and the occasional hard pack. I'm 6'1 and around 220 lbs. I should also mention that I do drag race and hill shoot from time to time. I've heard that the YFZ is a little faster than the trx, is this true? I also understand that you can uncork power in the yfz easier (cam mod, pipe ect...) Any input would be greatly appreciated thanks

Yes cascade makes a nice seat with an extra inch of foam for 130 dollars. You could also make your own if you wanted.

I would recommend the yfz over the trx from my experiences. I have put plenty of seat time on both bikes.

Just look at his pics, hes had plenty of time on the Honda, and he gave a very unbiased review some time ago. I prefer the YFZ over the TRX, and yes, Cascade does make a softer seat, a little pricey, but worth it.

Steve, I know you've probably been asked this a hundred times but could you please tell me what you like more about each bike? Wich one is faster, handles better in different terrains. Have you or your friend had any problems with either?

ive had a coolant leak from my seals in my waterpump. Im pretty sure this is from riding hard in the snow since it happened at that time. No problems with the honda yet except that all the bolts seem to come loose easily.

I dont feel like writing another review. I will dig up my old one for you.
