Are you changing the piston because the bike won't run? or are you just looking for more power?

I cannot help you with size required for you...that has to be determined by removing your cylinder and taking some measurements.

If the bike still runs good...I would not even mess with the piston yet...use the same one till it no longer works.

You could always have the head milled for a bit more compression...it will cost a ton less than a new piston.
Reed spacers might give a bit different feel on the throttle...but that's questionable depending on who you ask.....I was not aware they make a degree key for a blaster.....wheel spacers will give you a bit more stability.

From the looks of you sig...you seem to have a nice blaster. The only way I can see that you are going to get a noticable increase from your current mods would be to do an all out 240kit witha larger carb or the likes.

Default blaster piston kit?

well, the cheapest u can do is get it machine drilled to a 220 or w/e u want, thats 50$ at cheapest. then for 60$ u can get piston and rings and everything else u need. so for under 200$, u can bore it and make it pretty fast, run it now till it goes tho.
