has anyone ever heard of a blaster beating raptors and such?without spending 5000 or something?

 

without spending more than a cuple grand... no

 

for 550 you can get a 240 kit from hollywood dirt that can smoke a banshee and a modded 400 ex, but thats heavily ported with larger carb and other stuff. i havnt heard of it ever taking a raptor, not without a different motor or somthing.

 

a stock schee vs a stock raptor in a 300 the schee wins so if u raced a blaster with a 240 kit on i think it would win but ud have to have more than just that to win like pipe combo knk filter and all the little goodies as well

Your out of your mind, I raced a blaster up a hill today, with CT 240 kit and the thing barely made it up. The only thing it beat in a drag out there was a piped 400EX, it was no competition for Banshees, Raptors, YFZ's, etc.

 

thats because the ct kit isnt ported or anything. The hollywood dirt kit comes fully raced ported, and they riffle your carb and exhaust port. A hollywood dirt 240 will take a banshee, end of story.

 

240 beat a 350 twin it doesnt seem likely to me
