is ia a pro design kill switch? If so you can go to their web site and they have instuctions. I just bought one for my friend's quad and will be installing it sometime this week on a yfz450. I'll keep you up to date when we finish if you haven't figured it out by the directions yet. I know that it had to be connected to the coil wire on my raptor but not sure right now for the 450

Should be a white wire in the harness by the left side headlight, tie into that and ground the other to frame. Use a headlight mount bolt or such.

according to my dealer there is a special teather designed for the yfz450... just like the one they use on the bikes i guess... its 80$
i wanted to just run my old teather so i dont hafta buy another one... but i dunno... ive never heard of others running a special teather so i am sure there is a way to get the pro design to work.
