Suspension is awesome also. Would I would do for some Elkas, and A-Arms. But that is extremely out of my budget.

dont get wheel spacers if u even are thinking about jumping the raptor..... the raptor is really heavy and the studs in the wheel spacers wont last more than a few jumps, and they will break and u will be mad... go out and get an axle.. either durablue or lonestar, wheel spacers are for the lighter quads like 250r and blasters, not the heavy 4 strokes. and flip around the front tires.....

What no one has asked is What kind of riding do you do? If it's sand or motocross widen the A-arms +3 and the axle +6. If you trail ride don't go over +2 cause you may not fit through the tight stuff. I have Lone Star +2 wide +1 forward A-arms with Elka triple-rate shocks. I didn't get the fully adjustable cause although I jump I'm to old for really huge air anymore (avarage doubles are all I do anymore) so I didn't need it. I really recommend the Elka's. The company is awesome. I just bought the lone Star +1 1/2 rear swingarm and called Elka to buy the matching shock for the rear. The guy talked me out of buying the new $1000 shock. He said the Raptor shock is a very good shock, he had me send it to them and there gonna re-valve it to my weight and then replace the single spring with a duel setup to match the front. it's less than $500 bucks including shipping. You don't see that with just any company . I'm waiting very impatiently for it to get here to test it out. But I do mostly fast trail riding and I race hare scrambles. Anyone who owns a raptor that has ridden mine says thats what they want theres to be like. I have even impressed some TRX250R riders with my set-up. So after this long winded message GO WIDER is the answer your looking for.

I agree with going wider, but if budget is a big concern (like me), try some different tires first. Get some rear holeshots or Razrs, and they will change the way the beast turns...it's a lot easier to break the rear end loose, and ditch the "bicycling". It's working for me on all Socal tracks and trails. Good Luck. Haz

I have a set of sand sport wheel spacers and they are great and very strong. I did a good amout of jumping with them and never bent them or my a arms or axle and im a big dude 6'1 265lbs. I only took then off because im gonna do some mx racing and didnt want to push the stock parts that hard. But they were great for mx practice and some trail riding. If anybody wants them ill sell them for 150 for the front and back spacers they are in perfect shape. I dont have anypics but u can check them out here
