Default Friends like the Kodiak450....

I guess my buddies like my new Kodiak450, one sold his Suzuki Quadrunner and bought one just like mine, in fact it was indentical right down to the tires and color. Of course my other friend decided he wanted green instead, so now I have two blue ones sitting in the shed and when we go hunting there will be a green one in camp. I bought mine in October when the dealer was slow and got it for 6700 with all the goodies and fees and they paid 7100, amazing what a slow month will do for OTD price.

I have helped Yamaha sell 3 450's and 1 400 kodiak in the last 5 months. I am going to ask for alittle price break on some goodies and see if they will do it, afterall, I helped them move about 28 grand worth of quads and merchandise. What do you guys think? AlaskaBoy.

Sounds good to me. I love my 450. I've ridden it hard, and it keeps coming back for more.

My dealer told me that if I send someone in and they buy an atv/motorcycle I can pick something off of the display floor,
within reason,, ie helmet, boots, aftermarket parts,, he is pretty cool...

Camo. I like your dealer. I hope mine will give me a good deal, I need two helmets and I want a rack extension for the rear. I have my winter helmet but it gets rather warm in the summer and my wife needs one that will firt with glasses. Do they make such a helmet or do you just buy a bigger one to fit the glasses?AlaskaBoy.

Camo, I saw those but she wants a helmet that fits better with her glasses. I was wondering if I could just notch the inner foam of the helmet? Do think that would weaken it? AlaskaBoy.

I would find a bigger helmet before i tried to alter the helmet in any way. If you try to alter it that would probably void any kind of
DOT/Snell approvings.
