the sad part of this story is that if they did decide to replace the bike or even the motor it is NO COST to yamaha..its this little thing called a loss.they can write off the whole thing and it wouldnt cost them a penny to make 1 customer happy,,guess they figure your only 1 customer and there are plenty more that will buy there products..im sorry but that is bull,any manufacturer should do better than this..we as customers need to have more help on matters like this..does yamaha offer abitration? usually manufacturers have this when what they offer isnt good enough,like it ever is..i wouldnt give up and if it was only 5 hours old i would want a new bike to..you have to keep fighting..dont give up

Now is when you put on your bitching hat. Take that damn thing back up there and force them to make it right. The only reason why you should let them get away with that would be if you enjoy being kicked in the crotch....
