I'm about to rejet my 2000 Blaster to adjust for my air box cover removal. My question is, what happens to the amout of 2-stock oil that is automatically injected. Since I will be flowing more gas and air through the motor, will the oil still get injected at a slow rate or will it increase due to the increase in flow?

Do u still have the stock pipe on. I never did the air box mod w/a stock pipe. If you are going to remove the air box lid the bike is going to get more flow going in the motor. But the stock pipe is going to restrict the air flow going out. I don't know how ig a difference you will have while running the stock pipe.
I would also take the autolube box off and pre mix. Just a thought i had a blaster blow the top end because the auto lube failed..

Yes, I have the stock pipe on it.
I took off the cover and rejetted the main from a #230 to a #240 (came with the Blaster).

What a big differance (good) in sound and performance.

I chopped the plug and found it to be running lean. I'm calling LRD tomorrow to get a jet kit.
