My buddy with the 400EX ordered a Pro Design Adapter plate on Feb 24, 2004. A month went by with no plate, no email, no phone call...nothing. This is after I sent 3 seperate emails through that month questioning where the product was, and what was the hold up. Finally we give them a call, and they say that the product is on back order. I say for over a month, and he said yeah, they are in high demand. So I ask how soon it will be shipped, the guy says could be a week, or could be another month. I don't know what there business practices are usually, but they really sucked this time. This was my first and last dealing with them. And I'm not really complaining or anything, I'm just getting this information out incase someone else has had a problem with them, or to keep someone from having to go through this circus.
