Blaster brakes suck! I want to make my Blaster have better brakes, is there anyway to outrig it with hydro discs? Also, has anyone used a set of sintered metal pads on the rear? I really have to get some more braking power!

(1)I don't know of any real improvement you can make to mechanical brakes assuming the adjustment is correct & the brake rods are not binding. (2)Sintered pads will last longer & inhibit glazing but won't help as far as the actual operation of the brakes is concerned. (3) There are hydraulic kits available for Blasters. They aren't cheap & I don't know how well they work.
You have to look at it this way: The reason the Blaster can be sold at under $3000 (mslp) is because it doesn't have all the bells & whistles of more expensive quads.
