Default What size tires for 400 engine

Hey guys. I was wondering how much power I would lose if I put on 26" or 27" Mudlites instead of my 25". Is it worth the money? What gain will I get from the larger tires and lugs. I have heard I will lose to much power.

I just put 26" 589s on my 400 kodiak and no regrets so far,had 25 bear claws and don't notice much difference except for in the mud,and with my low range no probs.Wouldn't want 27s thou.,at least not aggresive like the 589s.

25 or 26 are perfect, if they will fit, and u want a lot of style and clearence, go with 27's

My 25" Mudlites are pretty new. So, is the difference between the 25" and 26" that big when trail riding, mudding, etc. I guess what I am trying to say is it worth the money to switch?
