Default Rebuilding Blaster

I tore my blaster down today for a top end rebuild and I have a few questions. I planned on ordering a top end kit from Vitos, and getting the super stock piston top end kit. What is the difference between forged and cast pistons? Are the Vitos kits any good and if not where should I be looking? What all is included in these kits?

the difference between forged and cast is like, the difference between night and day. A cast piston is pretty much stoke, its cast, then milled. A forged piston is cast, then put in a cast, the pressed to a certain tollerance. GO WITH A FORGED PISTON! They are light, and super durable. If you ever watch horsepower tv, they sometimes go into the difference, and what applications the pistons are for. You theoretically could put your top-end back together, and run a very small shot of nitrous(10 shot, maybe?) through it, and be alright. I wouldn't recommend it though. You should be able to notice a difference in power, since you are lightening up the drivetrain, so more horsepower, faster revving.

wiseco pistons are forged, and they are super awesome, they are the only piston in run. stay away from the cast stuff, every cast piston i had broke the skirt, only reason i buy anythin other than wiseco is cuz denniskirk was out of them at the time of ordering. my friend has a stock banshee that he just rebuilt with wiseco pistons, after the engine broke in and everythin he noticed a big difference.
