Banshee ever a green sticker?

WILL BANSHEES EVER BE GREEN STICKERED I live in bakersfield, CA they just closed down a local park. Gorman the next closest thing is now restricted to red stickers( my banshee) i have no clue were to ride any more .Friend told me that in dirtbikes u get a red sticker for the first time then after that u get a green. The answer is yes. I just got both of my banshees today green stickers in Costa Mesa Orange County California it was a royal pain in the ass had to take the quads to the DMV and offload them just so they can verify the Vin and the engine number
