Best selling quad in history ? Not around here. There about as rare as mojaves. I havent heard of anyone saying how wonderful the 2 valve warrior/wolverine engine was either. If anything bumping up the displacement and a four valve head should have been job #1.

Oh yea a Warrior out runs a 400ex???? You must be dreaming..
We got a 400ex and a Warrior and motor on motor the 400ex runs from the Warrior. It takes some Nitrous for the Warrior to get by the 400ex. The Raptor 350 is just a overpriced glorified Warrior with new plastics....If you beat a 400ex on a Raptor 350 than the guy on the 400ex didnt know how to drive or he let you win.....!

There is more than a 2hp difference. A warrior makes around 18 and a 400ex makes around 25. With its awesome new exhaust and great new carb the raptor 350 prolly makes about 19 and still doesnt weigh less than the 400ex. Unless there was a big rider weight difference, skill difference, or a torn up 400ex, it aint gonna happen.
Stock warrior makes 20 hp.
Wolverine makes 19 hp.

i had a warrior now have a raptor660 well my firend and i raced stoxck for stock warrior vs 400ex ok equal riders on road soo no odd ends here. well of the line i could actually get him becuase the heavy fornt end of the warrior keep me form wheelie and let me pinnn the throttle to where ym friend would have to come on the gas easlier not much but a little mabye he was 1/2 bike behind by third gear on the warrior or 2nd on the 400 he was with me until 4 then he would pull away with a big pull in 5 (WARRIORS SLOW SPTO I GUESS) then as i hit sixth id acutally come back as he was going into 5 but never catch up mabye 3-6 bike length behind. now hes got 440 worked and my 660 pipe jet i get him all aroudn the park. Eat him up like it was a women
