Default problem solved!!!

After installing alien full pipe and proflow adaptor with K&N and dynojet stage 2 on my 04 raptor I had some problems. I installed the jet kit according to their guidelines with 146/148 jets 4th clip down on dynojet needle. It still ran lean. I pulled it apart and installed 148/150(the largest ones in the kit) Still to lean at wot.Now on the phone with dynojet they tell me Im full of it, its too rich and there is no way it will need more than the 146/148 unless the air box lid is off.So I load up the rappy and off to work(auto shop) I go.I then hook it up to the 5 gas analyzer what do you know it reads way to lean.so the carbs come off again and the dynojets hit the trash off to the yammy dealer where I picked up 155-157.5-160-162.5 mikuni jets. and headed for the dirt.first 155/160 and it was close but still felt a little too lean, next 157.5/162.5 right on the money plug check says good .however at 1/2 throttle it wasn't quite right.adjust left carb to 5th clip now Im riding.dyno jet says you cant use other mains with their needle. well now its running good and Ive come to the conclusion that after talking with dynojet they dunnojets.sorry for the long post but Im just happy to be riding again.Hope this helps anyone else with jetting issues.
