Does a warrior really rev?
Just for kicks, pull the torque stuffer out and see what happens Another thing, DO NOT use the needle from the jet kit, ive only heard bad things about them. Use the stock needle on stock setting more than likely. My guess is you put on the pipe and torque stuffer, then followed the jet kits instructions which landed you rich because the torque stuffer made the aftermarket pipe almost as restrictive as the stocker. If you for some reason think you need more bottom end after you remove the torque stuffer, first try removing discs from your WB pipe, if that dosent help then go back to the torque stuffer but use stock or barely above stock jetting.

The stock Warrior has a tendency to float the valves at high RPM, and make it sound like its not really reving hard. I read this in Dirt Wheels some time back, they a said a valve spring change to performance springs,(there a little under a hundred bucks) will solve the problem. It definitly does solve the problem, because I did the change, and now it feels like it revs to the moon.

I was planning to remove the torque stuffer anyways I am running 24 discs and im going to put a 12 tooth sprocket so i dont really need it as for the performance springs I will have to check that im running a very low budget. And I still havent correctly adjusted the jets so that might have something to do with it.
so the thing i should do is
1. Remove the troque stuffer
2. Re adjust jetting
3. Buy some performance springs
Boy its going to be a long weekend Thanks guys.
