lol this a forum for atvs u dont think we dont know a shee has 2 pistons?, well its hard to help because i have no idea where the water went in (likely the pipe) so take out the air filter (another possibility) and tip it nose end up and see if any water comes out...if not i have no clue!

Drain the float chambers on the carbs, there should be a bolt on the bottom of your carbs, remove this and drain them. Then remove the spark plugs. With the plugs out kick it over quite a few times to clean the cylinders of any water. Put in NEW spark plugs. You should be good to go.
IF you washed your 'shee with a pressure washer you may have blasted water right throught the gaskets. You will need to replace them. Don't ever use a pressure washer on your engine.

Default HELP...water in engine

i was ridin in trails one day with a k&n clamp on, on my blaster and hit a puddle and bogged ot completely and wouldnt kick, and we were at least 30min ride from the house and had no time cuz we were on the RR tracks and CSX would roll by anytime so we found ourselvel a nice hill and jump started it so it pumps all that extra water in it, but u have tools so u can drain the floats and u should be alright but this is a last resort and it worked for me and run just as good as ever afterwards

If you suspect there is water in the engine....Please do yourself a favor and change the oil a couple of times. The oil will be somewhat milky in color if water is present.

Drain and flush the carbs as well.
