Default Will need help jetting my Blaster once it is running!!

I bought a Blaster that has had a few major mods done to it from a guy that couldnt get it running after he bored it, put a pipe on it and removed the stock carb that had the t.o.r.s stuff on it. I am awaiting a new stator assembly to come in so this thing will run. The guy never got the bike to run after he put it together, so i am not too sure about the tune on it. How can i tell if it is running lean or rich? I am used to working on cars, so this quad stuff is new to me. Any help is appreciated.

It was bored the max that the stock cylinder could be bored. A wiseco racing piston was installed. Some sort of high performance rod. The aftermarket carb. Aftermarket pipe and silencer. I really know nothing about these machines. I just moved to the country a few months ago, and had a polaris trailblazer that is good for my wife. I got a REALLY good deal on on this one due to the guy having a tiff with his son, and being sick of sinking money into it. He gave me brand new racing plastics for it, had the seat recovered....etc....

I may end up selling this one and make some money off of it.
