Gasket for the YFZ weep hole leak ???? need info.

Well the 450 flaws are showing again. The gasket that seals around the weep hole went bad, has anyone experinced this? if so were and how much was the new gasket? need YFZ owners help.

Alba has the parts for this. The gaskets are only a few $.
