Are you holding the tube up next to the carb with the other end facing up and above the bowl of the carb? If so your floats are sticking or there's crud on the needle valve and it's not sealing.

Yes, I did that and the tube is filling up with a lot of fuel, way above 1/8", so I took the bowls off and adjusted the metal tab downward a bit. That should do it right?

You want to bend the tab towards the needle to lower the level.

Which way is the needle. Are you talking about the needle in the bowl or the needle in the top of the carbs??

Allright, I bent the tabs downward, put everything back together. Then went back up to the mountains to try her out, and it's still doing the same thing. Is it possible I bent the tabs the wrong way, or is there something else that could be wrong?

I'm not quite following you. When I opened the bowls up, the float tabs were even, both of them were straight out, so i bent them downward. It started up just fine. Then I took the quad up to the mountains and it ran great until I hit an incline. Same as before.

I guess you didn't read or follow the instructions in my post on how to adjust the float level. I don't know what else to tell ya.
