Default Squeaky rear Brake Issue.

Yep, jack the rear end up like a fine blonde and spin the tires and look at her disk to see if she's warped.....

How old is your quad.
Sometimes the disks can just warp themselves from the heat and your brake pads could be bad, but not likely.
You might want to just try lubing everything up after you clean your quad.
Not the disk or pads of course.

Is it even broken in yet?
You may just need to give it a few hard stops to break in the pads.

You said that you had just cleaned it....Rust Possibly....Like on the pads themselves somewhere you cant see it...

If i were you i would let it go a lil bit maybe a half hour of riding, i would also do about a good 4th gear run, and hammer on the brakes just to where they lock up and let on and off, just to see if something needs to wear off of it, possibly grease, brake fluid...or Rust hopefully.

Just a few suggestions,

Hope this helps,

You might need to adjust your breaks so they stop rubbing. If the squeak is a long squeak that starts when u roll and just keeps going, you need to adjust. if it does squeaks in repitition your disk may be slightly bent, could be cured by adjusting if it isn't that bad. If you can't make it stop by adjusting, then you need a new break disk
