I run 5.6s on my cousins blaster, its a unported 240 cylinder, ftz drag pipe, 34 pj carb, pvl ignition, and a 4 over swingarm.

6.4 - 6-9 sounds about right badcompany i can barley get my raptor to run a 5.3 so that blaster must be pretty bad

its a lot faster than we expected. weve been thinkin about getting it ported, switch to alcohol, and maybe an override transmission. I figure it could go 5.1 5.0, maybe a 4.9. I kno it tears our scrambler 500 up, and theres a couple of banshees that were suprised. We do run a pretty fast track, it runs around 6.0 5.9 on our tuning track, and 5.8 5.7 on normal (well maintained but true dirt tracks(no clay))tracks. It outruns the piped raptors around here. Im hopin to convince my cousin to take it to the asphalt with me, just to suprize the 400s and big bore 4-strokes

oh yea!Redneck, what tires are u running on your raptor? 5.3 does sound about right, but if your not running pro-wedges you'll probaly drop your times a tenth or 2 if the front end will stay down

theres a blaster here with only bolt ons, pipe, struts, and an air shifter that runs 5.9's It has an 8 year old kid on it so that helps some. they tried an override in it twice, but it never worked.

thats a good time. i weigh 140, so that helps too, well, i guess most people on blasters are lighter but o well. My cousin's blaster would be faster with some tuning, when we first got it the front end was lowered, and the front end caught the pipe and pulled it under lol. We have banshee front shocks on the front and we lowered the back to make it sit level. The suspension setup kinda sucks on it.

Adamsbad, where do you race?

what kind of tires were you running, that sounds pretty good when i think about it. Our blaster is the only one i've ever seen run. but with a port job i think it would run a little better. probaly tires since this was your first time.
