if you dumped 2gs into your quad invest another $100 or so on a dial a jet kit made by thunder products 98 dollars plus you have to buy 2 snorkel kits i think there like 10 buck a piece.it increases you gas mileage by 10 to 20% so it pays for its self in the long run plus no more hassles changing jets for differnt elevations.

Hey pinhead, I've got the same set up as you, except I run a sparks cam. I run 146/148 dyno jets and pilotjet 25. This is a setup for 5000ft. I live in Salt Lake, I set up two raptors to run a lil' sahara. Your way lean on your jetting. If you weigh more than your buddy that has a little to do with it.

If you could do me a big favor, go pull your spark plug and tell us how she looks. I am curious.

Dude first off, your spark plug is in the front of the motor on the top. Secondly, if you are staying even with a stock Raptor, and you have a 686 kit with cam? I would be furious. I would not be able to contain my anger. If I were you I would take it back and have that dude PROVE he put that crap in your quad. You should be able to blow a stock raptor off the road even IF you weigh 50 pounds more than him... Think about it... I mean for crying out loud, I will be a stock raptor by a few lengths, and you put a 686 kit with a cam on it? All I have is some intake stuff and a new exhaust system... I say you got screwed... But thats just IMO.

Ya if the bike is running fine on that kind of jetting you did get screwed. If its misstuned, you still got screwed but its an easy fix.
