Default Sparks pipe: top end

I am looking for a pipe for my raptor, did a search and most people on here say sparks x-6 or ct. I want a pipe that will give me more top end. I am not concered about bottom because the raptor has enough but you could always use more. If I do get the x-6 how much dose the spark arrestor slow it down. I relly should get spark arrested but if it robs power i will risk getting caught without one. Thanks for the help.
