Actually THERUSHNKID3 is correct. A 289-302 would be the easiest to build around. As it is physically smaller than a small block Chevy or Chrysler.

i have to 454 big blocks 450 hp a piece that quad would move

Actually i said a 289-302 would fit nice i guess the quotes got messed up.. I know you wouldn't hear anyone talking good about ford here other then me[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]

I guess they seen to many mustang tail lights[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

The cool factor would be off the chart, but it would end up a real big quad. Go with a streetbike engine then add a blower and nitrous to reach really high hp numbers. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

i have a ? why doesnt somebody add a street bike exhaust to a 4 stroke. i mean street bikes are 4 strokes so wh wouldnt it work they sound so much nicer


O yea ford rocks!! my dads diesel was pulling our 10,000 lb. camper up a steep hill on a highway and passed a dodge pulling a pop-up trailer. and fords better than chevy too [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Default V-8 QUAD

There was a street bike on the car show circuit about a year ago with a Viper V-10 in it. Actually, it was a quad because it had 2 front tires and 2 rear tires. It was a pretty amazing concept. They said the "theoretical top speed" was around 300mph I believe. Just change the frame around a little bit widen it and space the tires out, put about a +60" swingarm on it and some big truck paddles and you would have a 2 second sand dragster. And be sure to pre-pay your cemetary plot and funeral costs.

That's the Dodge Tomahawk concept. Which has been slated for production. They are making 300 of them for $200,000 a piece. As I understand it, they will be shipped without chains. Making them inoperable. For liability reasons, I'm sure.
