I have a picture that I got and it is one of thows moving ones, it is to big and when I click apply on my profile it says this picture exceeds 60pixles by 60picles or something like that, how do u down size the picture???

if you can get the pic to a paint application you click on image and then select sketch/skew and you downsize it till its small enough then try again.
