Bigblack, you are correct, most of us are lucky. In PA, we have more than one great place to ride. For as many places that they have shut down, I can still ride for free if I want to. Or, I can pay to ride at a public place that offers food, drink, porta potties, camping, etc etc....
I can even go by myself since there are enough people around to lend a helping hand in case anything would happen.
If I were you, I would let your state rep know that your ATV registration dollars are intended to pay for public riding areas & you haven't seen the benefits yet.
Find some locals who also ride & keep up the pressure together. Eventually they might open up a public riding area for you.
Its become such a big sport growing by leaps & bounds & they can't contain it anymore unless they open up more areas to ride.
