got everything reassembled and had a headgasket sealing problem....
pulled head and cylinder
decked both....and realized that there is somethin wrong with they cylinder......may be out of round........compression is blowing by the piston at each water jacket........
you can see black spots on the inside of the sleeve at each water jacket where it is blowing around the rings.........I haven't a clue what is wrong with it..........
it is almost like the sleeve isn't strong enough.....and on each compression stroke the sleeve expands into the water jacket leaving and opening for compression to blow through into the crankcase.......
if I can't figure out what is causing this and I have to buy a new cylinder an sleeve.........I will not be going 106mm...........maybe going back to a 686.........who knows?

it's lasted over a year now with plenty of adjustment left......my sponssorr has a +4 arm and if the traction isnt perfect he don't hook up! i don't think an arm is needed unless you're hill climbing, plus the 03 preds don't wheelie very well anyways.....my time possted above is my best time, i got an exellent holeshot but i still got hung up in 3rd too long!!!! room for improvement next season, i think there's another tenth without doing any more mods.
