Default Warrior carb problem Plez Help!!

For some reason my 98 warrior isnt getting gas all of a sudden. I know it is getting gas to the carb but from there i dont know what to do. It will run of starting fluid but once that dies out thats it and it stalls. Of all things carbs are one thing i know jack about! Any help on what to do or what steps i could take would be greatly appreciated! Thank You.

Parking brake???

dude,
Take the gas line off of the carb and see if fuel comes out of the tank.

If it does, then you know it's in your carb.

Take the carb off and clean it out extremely well with brake cleaner. I like pyroil brake cleaner with the green cap.

Your float is sticking shut.

Be sure to clean the emulsion tube and all the jets.

Default Warrior carb problem Plez Help!!

I have a warrior, brother has a wolverine
I'm well aware of the parking brake rev limiter.

The question was stating that it ran on starting fluid when sprayed in the carb, but died out quickly once the fluid/fuel was used up.
Lead me to believe that it was nothing pertaining to the limiter switch.

I had the same problem. I believe there as a screw you can turn by the overflow hose to see if there is gas in the bowl. If you turn it and no gas comes out then it is the pin valve or the floats stuck in the up position. You need to to open it up and clean the pin valve which allows gas to flow down into the bowl. If is attached to the float by a small clip. Be careful not to loose the clip, it's tiny. On mine the pin was stuck and wouldn't allow the gas to flow in at all. I cleaned it and made sure it was free to move up and down and I was good to go. The screws on the carb are a pain in the ***. I would invest in an impact screwdriver.
