Hello,
I have a 95 Warrior which I bought second hand when I got the machine it had a K&N and Super swampers, from the day I bought it has always bogged down on the top end and hits the rev limiter way to early when in low gears (1,2,3)
yesterday I took the plug out and it was a tan color so I don't think it is jetting, I remember reading somewhere that they have a faulty reverse indicator which cuts out the motor when riding at wide open (6th) so I was wondering if you guys knew how to help me fix this bike.
Thanks,
BUB

I also have a 95 Warrior...
as for the reverse switch retarding the ignition...run a wire from the negative battery terminal to the ground wire on the reverse lever. (its the wire that has a ring connector on the front allen bolt that holds the lever on the frame)
this solved my problem with my quad cutting out. (usually it happened at 1/2 throttle or more)
you may want to make sure the screw at the back of your thumb throttle is out far enough, this screw limits how far you can push the thumb throttle, its probally out all the way but that would "limit" your throttle.
hope this helps.

Thanks guys I found a old dirt wheels that said to check and clean the reverse indicator and I did that it doesn't bog down on the top end anymore but it still revs out and hits the rev limiter way to quick I have been told by friends that it is probably the clutch so I'm going to take that apart and order some new plates and clutch springs I hope that will fix it but if it doesn't oh well I'm going to find a 250R in the spring or get a raptor but either way it is gone (warrior), I can't say that this machine has been that reliable because it has broke a front shock, a rear disc, 2 motor mounts have broke, 2 arms have bent so I just hope that my next quad will be more reliable
anyway gotta go thanks guy I really appreciate your help.
Thanks
