Default Problem with a warrior

I have been rebuilding a 96 warrior that was sitting in a garage for 2 years. I got it running like a champ, now it is doing something weird. It started out in 4th and 5th gear it would slip out and i would have to stop for it to get back into gear. Now it does it in all but first gear. I tightened my chain and played with my clutch a little and it has gotten a little better. Now it jerks. It slips out for a second then goes back in. It seems to do it alot when going up hills. When it was doing it at first i thought it was the fork in the transmission. Now i have no idea what it is. Please help me. Im going into withdrawls from not riding. Please email me back at mudslut96@yahoo.com . I can tell you more if you ask but that is about all that i can think of. Thanks all

The forks control only 2 gears that is why it is so confusing. If it was that it would only be 4th and 5th gear but it is almost all of them now. Also why would it do it less when i tightened my chain?
