Make sure you put that rubber gasket back in correctly mine didnt go in right on the grizzly and the thing slipped like crazy.

 

I was told that the front is intake and back is exhaust, but the exhaust does not creat enough pressure to keep water out. I'v had my hole front end under water briefly and my belt never slipped. I'v hit the water fast, slow, never slipped once.

 

try checking where the 2 black snorkels conect to the v belt drive case, '' the thing that slips '', and make sure they are conected, mine kept falling off and water would get in !!!!! i was so mad when that happened, anyways good luck on your repairs !

 

Heres a diagram of all the hoses and pieces, itll show where all the joints and clamps are.

The front snorkel (air duct) did come off the first time I rode it. Discovered it the hard way... I will be inspecting both air intakes and the housing gasket before I go back out. The picture shows exactly. Than ks.
