If you have put on a pipe and modified your airbox you will definitely need to re-jet.
Depending on what elevation you're at you will require different jets from other Warriors with the same setup as you have.
I'm currently working on jetting my Warrior. and here's what I have so far:
Uni Filter and FMF Powercore IV Muffler
Main Jet 155 (stock is 145)
Pilot Jet 45 (stock is 42.5)
Airbox closed
Fuel Mix screw 2-1/2 - 3 turns out.
I did have a 160 main in and even with the airbox off it was running too rich, so I'm down sizing to the 155. Haven't had the chance to try that out yet.
The stock pilot was lean so I replaced it with a 45, and even with the airbox lid on, it's too lean so I'm currently looking for a 50 pilot.
The problem you're having is that the engine is leaning way out to the point that there's far too much air for the amount of fuel you're delivering. Riding like that for a prolonged period will damage your engine badly and cost you a lot of money.
