I dont know about the other bikes but the blaster is not known for handling. Mine flat beats you up.

Handling as in turning on a dime? Blaster is good there... but handling as in suspension... nope blaster loses there

In stock form......z250/250ex are real close, then I would say mojave and then blaster.

My blaster isn't bad for stability, i guess it all depends on how you ride it. I can push my blaster pretty hard on turns without it feeling scary even with stock tires and wheels. Add diff tires and wheels and maybe a wider axle and it should be pretty good.
