In your siggy it says you have an e-series already.. Why don't you just stay with that? Differeent pipe brands don't seem to make much of a difference on a warrior (except for the cheap p.o.s. ones like cobra and DG making no more power) .. Stick with what you have.. Especially if you somehow squeezed 34 horse from a Warrior.. Big bore or not thats tough to do.

Just re-read your post.. So you DON'T have a big bore kit and you are saying you've got 34 hp on your 350 Warrior... How did you determine the HP levels? Was it dynoed? I am confused as to how you are getting the same HP as a stock Cali Raptor.

Let me know, I have a Warrior as well.. Its a 1999 with a Wiseco 11:1, good head work, FMF Ti pipes with a new header, and even its been tuned with a jet-4-power so it was spot on. Now, its a great trail bike, don't get me wrong, but theres no way it could hang even with my stock Raptor 660... By the way I'm also running a Hotcams Stage one on that Warrior... I didn't see which cam you were using to attain those numbers.

Whats the secret?

i had it on the dyno after i ported and polished it and it read 25hp the pipe and filter + the rit jetting gave me 7 or 8hp which is 32hp o and i must have deleted part of my sig when i was updating it i also have a edelbrock carb which adds 2-4hp so thats about 34 and i just found the duncan racing engine kit for a warrior thats supossed to ad 30% or 40% increase soo i might do that instead of the powroll idk yet it may sound lik im lieing outta mah *** but this is one fast warrior and if i didnt live in newyork i might b able to put some ppl to shame at the dunes but ill b honest if sum1 did the same mods to there would lik a banshee raptor yfz ne thing w/ a bigger motor or the 250r i stand no chance and if i did the powroll kit 35% of 34 is 11.9 so 34+11.9= almost 46.9hp or if i did the duncan kit 40% of 34 is 13.6 so 34+13.6=47.6hp almost 48hp

Sorry, but on a Warrior a pipe and filter will not give you 8hp. Maybe 4 at the most. It's possible but not likely.
