Default 2004 grizz Clutch

two weeks ago I sunk mine bad
put it all back together today after cleaning the carb out, changing all oil and diff fluids. Pulled the belt housing off to clean out also.
Started fine, ran fine above idle at stand still
took it for a spin down the block and could not get above 27mph
is this because the belt housing was off?
I could not see the clutch move in or out at all.
Even revs seemed real high
Put it in low and was revving higher
Does this clutch need to be re greased?
Shaft stuck?
HELP
Or should I just take it in and hope warranty will cover it?

Im not sure it would be covered under warentee. Once they get the cover off, theyll know it was in deep water. Did you find anything inside, besides water? Dirt, muck? Is it totally dried out?
