What is the best place to get new plastics for a Raptor? I want them to look stock if possible. I rolled the quad and now have stress marks all over the place and some bad scratches on the grill and front right fender. I have heard that a hair dryer can take out the stress marks, has anyone tried this?

Havent used the hair dryer althought the concept is the same.. I have used a "heat gun" and wow i was amazed.. i loved the results and it took the White stress marks right out of the blue plastics.. i dont know if a blow dryer would get hot enough

Hey joker.. With the heat gun how long do you have to hold it there? Is it pretty quick or do you have to evenly heat the stress marks for a long time...

Also, how big were the stress marks you took out? I've got some big ones from a wreck last weekend that I'd like to get rid of! Thanks

A heat gun will help take the white stress marks out to some degree, but then the heated area will lose all it's shine.

I second the fullbore plastic recommendation, I think it looks better than stock and nice color selections.
