Default Clutch Troubles

Well when i was riding i realized i was stalling after i stoped. Then when I was going to start it in gear I would hold the clutch down and kick it, but when i did i moved a little like i wasn't holding the clutch. I have the 2mm gap or whatever it's supposed to be. What should i do? Should i tighTIN the clutch? Is that safe or will it wear? Also the needle in the carb is sticking what should i do?

clean out the carb , check to see if the needle is straight, then adjust the clutch if it is sliping it is probably finished !!
