If that's all you do, there will not be any difference.
It's getting all the air it needs right now with the baffle in place.
If you change the pipe, and intake then the motor will want more air.
Then the baffle will restrict and that is when you would want to remove it.

incorrect lol..
on a stock engine if u get a k/n or anything or tkae off the lid or snorkle go ahead and take out the baffle on a stock pipe and jet it up it will get more arirflow..
on a aftermarket pipe they are built so they flow good enoughwithout the baffle removoed.. so "modding" a stock pipe would be taking the baffle out.. plus it sounds cooler
