I love both and am planning on geting another 250 soon. But USUALLY u take more spills on a bike, but they are not to bad, but when u have a wreck on a quad the injuries are worse do to they way u will get throwed and it coming back on top of you.

I truly enjoy riding and racing both ! Each has their strong points and negatives depending on what you are doing.
In either case - "Dont ride faster than your angel can fly ".......
Safety is entirely up to YOU and not any perticular type of machine. I know guys and gals that can tricycles dangerous !

i love my raptor but when i had my dirtbike for about 7 months (before it was stolen) the raptor sat in the shed and collected dust.
but since all my bikes got stolen and i only got the blaster (just sold it) and raptor back im back to the quad thing
both are extremely fun but two totally different beasts

quads are much better especially when its nice and muddy out side nothing worse than fighting a dirt bike all day just to keep it rubber side down
