Default Torque specifications for Raptor.

Is there a site that will give the torque specifications for the bolts on a Raptor? The manual gives some of this onfo but not all of it. Specificially I am looking to see if there is recommended ft/lb for the handlebars but it would be nice to have a listing of all the recommended ft/lbs.

On a related note, I have an 04 raptor that I have ridden ~10 times. The first few were just putting around but the rest I would say moderately aggressive. Anyways I noticed that the bottom two bolts that hold my handlebars on were VERY loose. I could turn one of them with my fingers, the other was not much tighter.
Could this have vibrated loose or is there a chance that is was not assembled as well as it should have been?

Chances are the tech didn't tighten your handlebars correctly.
Mine have never come loose and I ride the hell out of it.......
