YFZ Slip on
Oh......yeah....my pipe is really loud......I didn't even think about that. But......no matter what slip-on you decide to get......really think about at least opening up your intake.....without the intake being opened up, your slip-on won't be as effective as it could be.....you need to have the air free to come in AND out......and the cam mod is great, too!!! Does the ProFlo kit replace the stock intake boot? If it doesn't, you are wasting your money. If you look at your stock intake boot - between the carb and the air filter.....you will see how it narrows down to about an inch.....this is a huge intake restriction......if you get an ESR intake, it will wide that up to about about 4 inches.......so you will get tons of airflow through there. The filter isn't really what's limiting your airflow on the YFZ.....it's the intake. I haven't seen the ProFlo kit, so I am not sure if it's just the clamp/filter or if they actually replace the intake boot now..........I used to have a ProFlo kit on my 440, and it was just the clamp/filter.
Anyway.......good luck with whatever you get!!!
