all hot and bothered
#1
I rescently had my 2001 Raptor motor rebuilt because I broke the weak link second gear and since it was apart I had new rings installed and new timing chain. Anyway Since my rebuild I broke the motor in per manufacture specs and have chainged the fillter and oil every two rides. Well this weekend when my son was riding it the motor started spitting water back in my resivoir I thaught that maybe the radiator cap the seal was bad it was to hot to open then I thaught that maybe I could have blown a head gasket or something so I opened my resivoir to check the oil for water contamination but when I opened the oil resivoir the whole resivoir was full of oil all the way to the threads and I could not find a drop of water. I am going to work on it tonight after work. Has anybody else had an issue like this ? If you have please let me know what to look for.
