it could be because you have a rather heavy atv. the wolverine is about 1/3 to 1/2 less the weight as tha polaris 700 efi. I have never had any wobeling with mine. are the treds in the right direction?. a good way to tell if you don't know is too look at the side of the tire there shold be an arrow pointing in which direction the wheel should turn when going foward.

believe me, i know which was tires are to be mounted....like I said, we put all 8 of my tires/wheels, 27" Mudlites and 589s and they spin terribly...

the reason you don't see or feel it is because your Wolverine can't go fast enough to notice...

A Wolverine will run up to 58MPH, FYI. That is PLENTY fast enough to see tire wobble.

Virtually every guy I ride with has Mudlites. These are mounted on 700 KQ's, Brute Forces, and 700 Prairies, among others. NONE of these people complain about tire wobble, and believe me, they max those things out. Some of these guys have run Mudlites (not the same set) for ver 7000 miles, and their only real complaint is fast wear on harder surfaces.

I have a set of mud lites and a set of atr's, like them both. A friend just put atr's on his wifes Wolverine and can't believe the difference. I think both are great just the mud lites wear faster and are more agressive for mud than the atr's. Figure out most of you riding terrrain and decide you will be happy either way I'm sure.

58 mph???????????? My friend has two 2000 Wolverines....the fastest we had them is 44 mph, if you're getting 58 mph, then you need to keep that one forever or wake up....I heard of people exaggerate their speed, but that is funny....

I didn't say the 589s or Mudlites are bad tires, i wouldn't own them if I thought they were, but as with all the large lug tires, they do not spin true. We balanced then on a high quality spin balancer and they spin terribly....that is 8 different tires mounted on ITP Type 5C Aluminum wheels. My stock Carlisle 26" tires run perfect, but they have less than half the tread of the 589s and Mudlites....

My friend has dirt devils on one of his machines, they spin balanced very well. They have good traction for all-around riding....would be a good choice for general terrain...

A wolverine at 44 mph! ahah you must have that Bo*t Leg yaNaha instead of the Yamaha. a YAMAHA wolverine would hit 55 NO PROBLEM! put a nice pipe on it an air filter and you got your self some speed . 44 mph? LMAO

If your friends 2 wolverines only run 44MPH, he had better find someone that knows how to fix them so they run right.

If you think mine is a freak or I am a liar, do a search on Wolverine top speed on this forum. There are many, many threads to back me up.
