Wheel alignment, ToeIn/Camber recommendations?
#1
Hi!
Just bought a Yamaha Raptor 660 2002. It's lowered and wider both front and rear setup for SuperMotard racing.
I would like a default setup regarding camber and ToeIn for a beginner rider as my self. I've only done a quick testride and it felt extremely twitchy and I would like to make it easier, more stable, to ride.
The front A-arms are non stock so the camber and ToeIn are adjustable.
I will run it mostly on tarmac and gravel but will also use it for ice racing, come winter time.
Any redommendations or any links to good reading regarding this subject would be highly appreciated.

Run your toe in at about 1/8th-1/4". Caster at 1*, Camber at about 6*. If it is twitchy, put more * in the camber. Heavier guys like myself usually like more camber due to the way the bike sits when you are on it.
