In the future I am looking to upgrade from the horrible warrior suspension but dont want to dump a lot of money into shocks and I heard that raptor shocks will work. Is this true? Is it a lot better? I mostly ride trails and occasionaly get out on the track.

Well they are good, but I don't know if they fit. I bet they are better than the warriors, but would consider the YFZ's.
Also where do you ride?

Raptor shocks fit better because they are a little shorter than yfz stockers and they are also softer, which is a good thing on the warrior.

really? I always was told that they were longer than YFZs and it kinda looks like it in reality.

I've got a set of each laying around the garage. YFZ shocks are about 16.5" eye to eye, stock raptor shocks are 15.5 Drop the preload on the yfz shocks and you can lower the raptor though.

No, actually its quite bad. If you ride a blaster or a 250 class quad and switch to a warrior, then the warrior will look good. But anything from a 300ex on up has better suspension.
