Well its like a little radiator, some kits have you tap into the side of your motor and run 2 lines to the radiator/cooler. The yamaha 350's have it built into the oil filter cover, so if you get one for your warrior, all you need to do is then run lines and mount the cooler.

could then temp change make it run lean? Because if its just started jetting could be the prob... If not tell him to invest in air scoops & oil cooler

I have a 2000 Warrior, piped, and jetted. I've ran it way past where i could smell the hot engine,,,,ya know what i mean,, and never had any probs. Just make sure you have good clean oil in it, and you should be o.k. Bosch

It could be a jetting problem because I noticed the motor will hic-up when idleing. the only problem is, why just start now the bike has run great for the year and a half. like I said before the bike has had nothing but regular oiland air filter changes, other then that there has been no changes to the bike. Also thanx to all that have replied.
