is it possible to put a radiator on a blaster? if you look it looks like it has a spot for a radiator hose. if its not possible can you put an oil cooler on and do they make them for blasters?

SURE.... You can put a radiator on your Blaster, than you have to find a liquid cooled cylinder(I think DT200) that will fit on the cases and you're set. I have seen this done before, and IMO, not worth it. You could probably put an oil cooler on it, but thats only going to cool the clutch and tranny, since the motor oil in a 2 stroke does not lube the actual motor, just tranny. That's why you mix oil and gas on em. Try doing a search for "liquid cooled blaster".

Seen em on ebay. I don't see the purpose really, just buy air scoops and an oil cooler, If your engine gets that hot becuase of big bore you'll be going fast enough to cool it down.

NOt a huge difference, but it'll help. It will also create more drag, which you don't want(at least in this case.) I just read the MacDizzy article, and it actually sounds like a decent worthwhile swap.

if you buy the liquid cooling head, You definatly want to get the stator to because this put more power out to let you put little lights on em. and there aint any DT200son ebay because i just looked but if you can get one definatly but it

Why go liguid? BMW ran air cooled in there bikes for years and won many a paris Dakkar ralley in temps well over 100. You might gain a little HP but more headaches.

You can't just buy the DT cylinder and put it on and hope it works, where do you plan on putting the pump? ALso, the DT's powervalved so you will need to mounth the servo motor, which becomes quite difficult because the cables are only about 3 inchs long.
As for the stator you can't just slap that on and go either. The DT 200 stator is not the same. The blaster uses 1 ignition coil and one lighting system coil and the pickup is mounted on the inside of the flywheel. The DT has 1 ignition coil and 2 lighting coils, which is why it has a better lighting output but and the pickup is mounted on the outside of the flywheel, then you have to figure out if the CDI from the blaster will work with the new stator, if the cdi doesnt work then you will have to run a DT CDI which has different timin.
